At the end of 2023 I promised myself I would make 2024 a good year, now 9 months in, it’s been worse in just about every way, so I’m in a great mindet right now
It turns out If you don’t go to the gym in 5 months Then go back with a heavy workout You’ll be sore the next day My shoulders are sore today
Brain’s really taken a turn against me today, been a while since I felt this bad, it’s a fun reminder that none of the things that were making me depressed have gone away, the ADs just stopped thinking about them feel like I’m powerless to do anything except shout into the void and that’s not fun
Antidepressants ran out yesterday and not sure when the GP will refill them so mayy need to buckle in for a few days of a bumpy ride 😬😬
Anyone got any resources for getting hypno files to work on a VR headset? Got an old one off some friends and would like to get some fun use 👀
