ofc :3 all i can say is that surrounding yourself with people who are willing to listen and understand BPD or at least try to, they’ll still be there for you after an episode or after pushing them away it’s just about trying your best imo, working on noticing when i’m splitting has helped regulate.

ugh that’s the worst. the last person i was really like that with was married with kids and very very monogamous xd idk if it helps you at all but i try to get really into hobbies or games that i can devote a lot of time and attention to so i can avoid them/stop thinking about them :(

that’s what i’m sayingggg, and to make it worse the stairs were those awful fuck you stairs that didn’t have any backings, so if something was down there it could reach through and grab you
it was pretty cool, I live in NYC now and my soul aches for a fireplace. that old house was so old the basement had a coal chute and coal room, but our cat would go down there and stare at the coal room which was in the corner and do the lowest awful meows for hours. i never went down alone 😭😭😭
