And of course Tom Cotton, signatory of the letter to the Iranian government saying that Trump would withdraw from the JCPOA, is at the top.

As a non lawyer & Texan could you explain to me: Texas is notable for its pro Israel laws (right?), what could (would) Texas actually do to sanction the ICC
