So. Tall.
I figured it had to do with the broadcast, but damn. I was seeing spots for a couple of minutes.
I don't even feel like we've been watching the same team.
My 2023 Premium RWD Extended Range was $43k, and they cut me a check for the last two payments and turn-in fee for the car I was leasing just to get me in one that day when I had only gone in for a test drive. Worth going in to see what you might be able to get. And it has rear seats vents and USBs.
I test-drove, and liked the Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6, but Ford is practically giving away 2023 Mach E's right now, and I think they have better tech. Just finished a lease on a Genesis (Hyundai) and my dealership experience was not great.
It's really not worth having an EV unless you charge at home. Our power company is paying for most of the cost to install a 240 at the house. I've been trickle charging on 110 and charging at work thus far for commuting and it's been fine, but will get a whole lot better soon.
That's always what I have heard. My limited experience with EA so far is in VA and NC and it's been all-around solid. There was one broken stall there Saturday, and when I went back there Monday there was already a technician fixing it. So, progress!
Even though I've gone EV I still don't think I'd ever rent one unless I knew I was staying around a city center and around DC chargers, but even then probably not. Such a hassle. Infrastructure, Tesla aside, just isn't there yet.
I've actually had a really great experience with EA so far even though I feared for the worst. They partner with Ford on plug and charge so I've been able to plug in and it just works. Have hit speeds over 100 each time. Regardless of who makes them, I'd really like to see more along interstates.
Looking forward to using it! And I still get to have a volume knob for audio and HVAC. 😂
