// Sadly that’s not a BioWare decision, that’s an EA decision. If it was completely up to BioWare not only would we have likely gotten DLC, but the game also could have been delayed a bit longer to launch in a more polished & complete state. Publisher deadlines and crunch time is an awful thing.

Well what you have done so far looks great! I love the idea of having a more colorful & flashy suit design! Quarians spend so much time inside enviro suits I always thought it was strange they wouldn’t want to customize them to stand out more, especially if they weren’t in military.

I think it works for some games, especially games like Baldur’s Gate 3. I’m not saying Mass Effect couldn’t ever pull it off but the amount of development time needed to really flesh out a game like that needs a patient publisher, which EA is not.

It adds weird gaps between story arcs and tends to take away the sense of urgency during important missions. I like the hybrid of smaller explorable hubs & zones.

// They could potentially retcon it in a future game but “if the story told by a lot of sources is true” Casey Hudson created the original controversial photoshopped stock image portrait last second and threw it in the game. So that final look became canon without much feedback or thought.
