Veil Nebula (Western Veil, Eastern Veil, & Pickering's Triangle). Cloud of heated & ionized gas & dust in the constellation Cygnus. It is 2,400 light-years away & spans 3 degrees across, or roughly 6x the diameter of the full Moon. Imaged on August 18, 2024 from my backyard with my Redcat 51 🔭

Roughly a C-shape. The Western Veil is a semicircle on top of the image. Eastern Veil is a similar semicircle on the bottom. Pickering's Triangle is the center of the C.
