Dogs pose a bigger noise problem than roosters ever have and that’s a hill I will die on. But really, the problem isn’t the animal, it’s the people who irresponsibly manage them. My dog is also a quiet boy and my roosters make less noise than him too haha.

Like all the time, really, animals are rarely a problem. My city allowed urban chicken keeping, even inside (if animal protection laws are abided) and there are some clubs of urban chicken keepers sooo... now I will check on them and convince my partner! xD

Agreed, i keep forgetting i even HAVE a rooster, while the collies......they never shut up, one even continuously grumbles and talks in her sleep! That being said i have had a few noisy roosters in the past, but none of them have been that bad.
