so I thought it was weird how she skipped 60 years of the act's history immediately following its passage to reach this conclusion so I hopped on wikipedia and found out that's because the FCA was weakened considerably in 1943 because Congress didn't want litigation to mess with the war effort.
kind of like Satan at the end of Black Sabbath's "War Pigs"
Well, that tracks. Trump and the Heritage ghouls can't do Putin's bidding and dismantle the entire US government infrastructure ALL on their own. They need a lil' help.
But Mike, government fraud cases are Haaaaaasrrrddd. I mean you gotta look at documents. And intent. And experts and stuff. Why can’t she just look at the persons skin and decide their fate that way?
"It's okay to defraud the government if you're a medical practitioner, but if you're the recipient of medical services, no can do. Because the former is starving the beast and the latter just wants a handout"
This probably silly question is earnestly asked: Don't US judges have better things to do? They run a comically complex legal system in what surely must be one of the most litigious societies ever to exist. How does some nobody on the edge of the system even have time for big picture stuff?
