This is a disgrace. At a minimum. I don’t care what a kid has done, & I can imagine some pretty heinous actions, no child of that age group should EVER be handled in this manner. This “cop” is treating this poor child as an adult. All of this because he spit on someone??? Welcome to childhood! 1/?

Childhood is the time in a person’s life to make mistakes, to learn what’s acceptable and what’s not. To arrest a child is wrong, full stop. A child can be punished in an age appropriate way for their misbehaviour, but not this. 2/?
