There’s one close to us called Shocktoberfest that has a hayride, and a bunch of other things to do, like Zombie laser tag, a zombie prison bus, and a traditional haunted house attraction. (It’s in Berks rather than Bucks though)

Once the kids move out, we’ll do a remediation and take it down to the wood (which is going to be pricy), but for right now we just need it level so Boozy can walk across it with a walker after surgery

Considering there were some other previous questionable patch jobs using old linoleum, probably a patch job, but we are only taking a out part of the floor in bad condition to level out because some of the layers are more than likely asbestos.

My dad used tar paper in my childhood home on the floors, this has a gravel top like a roofing shingle

I think everyone who put flooring in this house figured “this will be someone else’s problem” and put down new underlayment and then another layer of flooring
