having a traumatic childhood is so weird sometimes because I'll be looking at pictures from when I was a kid and have absolutely zero memory of them. like everything before the age of 9 is like a puzzle I'm missing most of.

it's not just my childhood either. i can mostly only recall trauma/general bad memories prior to probably highschool. it sucks so much because i feel like im missing huge pieces of my life but I'm not. most of my childhood memories are trauma because most of my life has been trauma :/
