So post offices let people collect pensions, pay for car taxes, get and hand in forms to apply for a load of government things. Maybe the US do that just by favours to private companies, but here it's all Royal Mail's because it always was, etc etc. They try and minimise their respnsibility though.
It used to be fully public owned, but then privatisation became a way to make fast money. But it also maintains a monopoly, and is required to run shops, ie 'post offices', which do a lot more than just deliver mail. So it's private, but with a lot of perks of public. And also a few caveats.
Its got the usual problems many delivery companies have, but generally I think its better than, say, USPS. They have had to evolve like most, going from about 90% letters, to about 80% small parcels. Its a pretty typical UK blend of private and public, which means its worse at both sometimes.
so you'd have: Grumpy, sneezy, dopey, sleepy, asshole, stubborn, and evil.

I was into mech keyboards until about 8 years ago, when it was mostly cherry and ALPs switches, or older ones. I used MX greens by choice (heavier blues), and a second with clears (heavier browns). But then swapped to IBM Model M spacesaver and still on it.
