Went on Reverb before bed last night and found a pair of used Matt Pike Lace pickups for dirt cheap. Like, less than half the price of getting one new for both of them. One of the SGs is getting an upgrade soon

Been wanting to change out the pickups in my old lawsuit SG for years now, dumb as it sounds the thing that's stopped me is how cool the stock pickups look. They're entry level Dimarzios, they sound like a wet fart clean but they have the cool off-white bobbins. Total 70s butt rock machine
