One year, I submitted a story to Clarkesworld on December 31st. I figured it would take them until at least January 2nd to reject it. I was wrong. It was a little later in the day than yours though.

That's my favorite thing about Clarkesworld. They don't screw around with rejecting me. They know they hate it and tell me they hate it right away. Lots of other places take MONTHS to get around to telling me they hate my work. :D

I love a market with a quick turnaround time!
