I wish it wasn't also gifs. Those should be separate. I also wish that disabling didn't still give a moving "throbber." Should cease *all* movement of video

And if you use the app, you have to set it there as well. The setting doesn't carry over for some reason.

I swear I was staring directly at the setting and it took me a few seconds to figure out what I had to do with it! Not the best design!
