Fabulous that you did this - what a difference it would have made to those young people that you noticed them.
I feel I should also add ā¦ the whole study is about transition and itās really excellent with simple approaches that could be implemented tried out .. but for me I couldnāt get past this diagram ā¦
I hope that by raising awareness it will mean that schools do this survey. Simply ask. And thenā¦ act ā„ļø
I know .. never mind all the children who only had 1 (one way) connection ā¦
I am still scarred by the study www.ucl.ac.uk/pals/sites/p... with this friendship āmapā where the label reminds us there were 3 children not on the map after 1 year @ secondary because no one nominated them and they couldnāt nominate a single friend. This is a critical matter to reflect on.

I felt exactly the same about being asked..well, ok , being honest, I sent a reply asking if it was a joke or scam š¤£š¤£ Year 1 should have been invited to the launch !!
