Turns out, it's not the worst case even. Some people had the sound of water copyright claimed, some had that happen even for their voice. And the last time i tried the appeal system, it first went to the right "holder" to consider and the window for that was up to 30 days.

And there's no system to punish the bad faith claims. Nothing stands between the video creator and some random scum claiming the entirety of their work over a few seconds of random sounds. Oh and... guess who gets all the ad revenue if there's a copyright claim!
