You knoaw what President did nocknames well? Bush Jr. They were bizarre, they were memorable and he didn't even bother using them on his opponent. Bush Jr called his own campaign manager "Turdblossum". Who would think of that? Ans it simehow FIT the guy. It was practically Scottish.
