This does not look even remotely plausible to me. To calibrate what I mean about "the lists are too short", we are approximately a billionth the size of Twitter, and our automod list of terms is about 500 items long and changes pretty much daily (it's mostly a spam automod)--

--and our "terms forbidden in usernames" list is both a) regex-based instead of plain words and b) about 300 items long. A service the size of Twitter would have lists in the hundreds of thousands (at LEAST), probably have a two-level list (autosuspend and flag for human review),
