hint: as someone else with moderate MCAS I am desperately trying to keep from reaching "severe" who is aware a large amount of long COVID is postviral MCAS and who has followed the science closely for four years, I have done the actual , mathematical risk calculations
the hazard ratio of taking 20mg cetirizine and 40mg famotidine every day does not even get to within a single order of magnitude of a *second*, much less subsequent, COVID infection until you have been taking it once a day for approximately five hundred years
