Theres been a lot of suicidal ideation this past year, calling the hotline a few times 💚 I dont wanna alarm anyone, I just wanna be honest and give these thoughts less power 💚 A lot of meaningful people in my life no longer want me in theirs And SO much self hatred/shame/guilt for my current life
I DO have good days, I DO have amazing friends! But I also do have a crippling fear and dread that my best days are behind me and that its all my fault 💚
