I don't expect much to come of it today, but on my way to Clackamas county for the first day of Alyssa's criminal trial. The DA is going after her for riot as well as macing people. They claim she was responsible for organizing a 2021 protest by encouraging people to arrive on her Twitter.
Her counter defense appears to be focused around journalistic activities and self-defense because the people who she missed were alleged to be attempting to steal her phone and car keys. Jury selection is going on right now and may go throughout the entire day
