I am! Just on a short solo trip burning some hotel and airline points, doing some kayaking and hitting six flags, but I couldn't possibly pass up getting back here! There's a lot to miss here, it's sad there are so many reasons to need to get away too. =/

Someday the ice will melt, and the chicken will bring the end of the universe. We have characters across many parties since who have faced off against demigods and come out on top, but still live in fear of the day the Ice Chicken returns.

It has been a running thing since then that the bird is in that ice, watching, learning, studying, gaining power. The almost eternally frozen bird has leveled to 20 in every class, made pacts with dark deities, all while hating the world around it more every day.

It was later pointed out that the winter wasn't eternal though, only nearly so. Someday it would end, and the ice block would melt and release the bird.

We have the Legend of the Ice Chicken. We were playing a certain PF AP that led to us fighting some rather nasty birds on a planet with a nearly endless frozen winter. At one point someone froze a bird in a block of ice, which would not melt as long as the winter lasted, and we just left it there.

Yep, I remember doing that right around then too, probably third grade ish. Didn't enjoy it at all then.

Ooh, lots of plans! Doing a few theme parks for their haunt events, spooky movies at the Second Life club and working on a halloween Salem build there, jack-o-lantern spectacular at the zoo with my dragon boat club...have to see what else I can find time for!
