Well… the series is about underage kids, and has this wholesome vibe since episode one. It might sound funny when you take his words like this, but being extra physical would be a bit out of tone for this series in specific.
for me personally, its funny, but also, i feel like, they’re like what 19 at most… i said silly shit at 19 to my audience of like, 20 people, and i wasn’t even forced to come out as bi after being harassed by “fans” of the popular show i was on.
