Have been a fan of Jock's art since I picked up The Losers #1. I remember thinking things like "Wow, that's an interesting perspective" and "Who the hell is this guy and where did he come from". Anyways, turns out that he draws posters too.

The cover to The Art of Jock. It features a sampling of his art including Judge Dredd, the creepy guy from Pan's Labyrinth, the main guy from Scalped, the Apocalypse Now helicopters, Ava from Ex Machina, Gotham City, a car from The Losers, The Losers, and Catwoman.

Like virtually every British comic artist, there are some Judge Dredd drawings in his art book. Unlike every British comic artist, he also has some art from The Losers and Scalped in his art book:

On the left, the line drawing for a Judge Dredd over some cover sketches, and a preliminary drawing for an interior page.

The text reads:

"2000 AD was the comic I read when I was growing up, and it was the one that made me want to draw for a living, Judge Dredd was always my favorite character and, in many ways, still is. So much of what I've become known for is tied up with him. My time drawing strips 2000 AD was relatively short, always happily work with them when I can. Some of the classic covers of Dredd are where he's just iconic, monolithic, and imposing

On the right, a colored version of the line drawing, featuring Judge Dredd resting a bat on his shoulder.
On the left, a cover sketch and a cover drawing for The Losers. The text reads:

"I was fortunate that Vertigo let me play around with the logo for The Losers so that I didn't have to always anchor it at the top. It freed things up for when I was coming up with designs.

On the right, the colored cover drawing, featuring some of the Losers in a red Mustang chasing after a plane and shooting at it.
On the left, 4 page layouts for The Losers. The text reads:

"These are script breakdowns drawn very small, four to a page, Sometimes these working drawings have everything I want from a panel, and I just try and replicate it in the final drawing. Many of the panels here are almost identical to the finished art [on opposite page]."

On the right, those finished panels.
On the left, a cover for the comic Scalped. The comic shows a pile of casino chips, and on the top chip is the Native reservation featured in the comic.

On the right are four covers from the comic. The text reads:

'Jason and Guéra's writing was so good it was all could do to try and keep up
each month and do justice to the incredible story unfolding inside, Scalped is, to date, my longest running body of covers, spanning over sIx vears.
