Look, you're clearly interested in a different idea than what I'm trying to tell you. These people are no good, but it's not because of psychiatric conditions, and saying that it's about that is just being shitty to folks with psychiatric conditions, who are not the people at fault here.
There is a difference between a choice and a responsibility. A mental disorder is not a choice. These people are callous assholes. That is not a mental disorder. If this isn't going to be a productive exchange, you can just say as much.
