How tf am I meant to answer it 😭 I don't have the speech bubble next to people's names, or like a dm tab anywhere wtf

There's genuinely no chat icon anywhere or mention of messages or DMs even all the way in the settings. I googled it and it said click the chat icon at the bottom of the screen but there literally is none
