OER project world history curriculum has some good maps but their imperialism one has multiple similar shades of green and my students get fooled every time. Yours is much better!

I feel that this should have an animation showing areas in daylight over a 24-hour period to illustrate the “sun never sets on the British Empire” line.
The Panama Canal Zone at a minimum should be shaded for the USA. Most of Central America and the Caribbean too if we’re being honest.
In addition to other relevant maps for scale and geography relevant to the period under study, I often show this map to my students to get them to consider their word choice and what they're really trying to say when they describe something as "western."
