What happens if tesla (the company) crashes and burns and goes out of business? Will the cars just brick with enough damage?

Tesla's brand name, tech, and facilities are valuable enough that they would be sold off in bankruptcy rather than just vanish into the ether, and I'd imagine that one of the buyers would be required to agree to service existing vehicles by the court.
