I've got the concept of a business plan, I know how to use the basic functions of a spreadsheet, but putting both of those together to implement them on my steam is too much of a mental strain (still stuck on whether or not I should open an LLC)

Right?? I'd prefer an LLC for reasons but there's a lot to consider. Like bookkeeping, annual renewal, business insurance...
