It's really not, it's not just about snapping the lead as being thick enough to reduce pressure on hands when needed. (force X Area). It's handy to grip further down the lead at times too so just an enlarged padded handle could cause issues. A large dog will break a small dog leads metal parts.

'-gate' is the journalistic equivalent of the grey squirrel: ugly, violent, and has driven the superior 'the [X] affair', the humble European red squirrel, into near extinction.

From all points seems a stretch but minimum sightlines should be introduced and enforced, but new cars seem a wild west at the moment with self certification and inherently dangerous/bad designs.

Comparing sightlines for the driver of several vehicles, with an M1 tank giving it's drivers better view of any obstructions directly in front than US market trucks.

Interesting choice of words. Clearly it's good for managers to be aware of things affecting their workforce, but "informants?"

In the UK, you're never more than 5 miles from a border collie.

The problem with the UK rail network is that it could, and should be so much better.

It seems Bryn, our dog (the bloke in my picture) learns in a non Pavlovian way. He's very special. Might get another newspaper appearance!
