In 41 out of 50 US states, the richest 1% pay a lower tax rate than any other income group. This is what I mean when I say the system is rigged for the rich.

And they COMPLAIN. I don't even get it. Why does a billionaire CARE about his taxes ?Taxes make NO DIFFERENCE in his life. He can NEVER spend even a fraction of the money he already has. So why does he scheme to have MORE?

Massachusetts’ “millionaire” tax brought in $1.1 Billion. It’s a flat tax rate state otherwise, and is now in-line with many of the adjusted rate states.
