I tried one non-dairy recipe using cashew butter and it was, alas, not a winner. I don't think the challenge of non-dairy is the machine so much as the challenge of non-dairy generally (plant milks being thin; coconut milk tasting too much like coconut). i want to keep trying, though!
Since this got repromoted today I'd like you all to know that I am still meeting this goal
