I'm going to be voting for @wayemason.bsky.social for Mayor. Waye actually works to understand the issues, rather than providing facile talking points to get elected and then the city drift along rudderless like other councillors have.
Am I always in 100% agreement with him? Nope. But I realize that cities need to operate in the real world, with a federal government that drops in during election time and then leaves the scene, and a provincial government that wishes they were back in the 1860s without an urban centre to deal with.
