This stance is precisely the reason why Jim Skea was appointed as head of IPCC. Kevin Anderson has criticised his odd view on climate clearly and often. In a session of the UK parliament's climate group with Skea and KA, Skea talked really climate-stupid, and was a rude listener making faces at KA!
