@americanairlines.bsky.social has really out done itself. 2 hr delay We finally land with a thud & wait for a gate. They can’t get us off the plane because the jet bridge won’t extend. The captain says “he’s out of excuses & doesn’t know what to say “ so they are towing us to another gate
