I’d say it’s the latter… people don’t take expensive cars to a car wash bc of all the micro scratches from the brushes etc. They take it to a professional detailer…

Funnily enough, I found them on google and there was a negative review that they used a brush to dry the car and it left a lot of micro scratches, and everything coming out of there is £££££ But they’re all coming out washed to some capacity either way 🥲
