I would like to raise the money to get them neutered before then for two reasons. If it's done before they get too old, it's good for their behavior. And at six months old is when the city ordinances make them illegal to have "unaltered." The target amount includes transportation costs, vet procedure and examination fees, mandatory municipal pet licensing costs, and if I did the math right, microchip implants.
