I used to bill procedures & fight denials from remit advice. I guarantee there is a icd & proc code. Proc code likely mutually exclusive with patients DOB, like, the system auto-denies b'c patient is under 55 or something. Insurance Co won't tell you that.

Oh I know there's an ICD-10 code. Because we both know those are international. The problem is the that particular insurer does not recognize the code because they believe the surgery is experimental. I went to another version of this article and read it and that's what I got of it.
