If a design of that existed I would absolutely throw it on a variant of my t-shirt outfit.
High effort tip for checking your audio levels. Go find and download Youlean Loudness Meter 2. I think there's a standalone plugin you can use in OBS. There's YouTube tutorials on how to use it. (It says high effort so you have to do the work. And there's far more info than fits in a thread here.)
It's an option to go find the loudest ad you know of and set your levels off that. If you're on the same loudness level as the ads then your viewers won't get blasted.
If you're wanting to check your audio and don't like listening to your own voice (not everyone does!) I would recommend finding someone in your community whom you trust to give you honest feedback and have them help you out.
Dear Bluesky, An edit button would be fantastic! Mastodon has this feature. Surely you can add it too. Thanks, Red
Audio is by far the most important part of your stream! If you aren't watching your own VODs on a regular basis how can you expect an audience to watch you live? You cannot only rely on the kindness of your community to tell you when something is off.
Consider having your bot software add a marker for any sounds it plays. Now you can quickly spot check those levels in the highlight tool! You want the jump scares to scare YOU not chase away your audience!
Low effort tip for checking your audio levels. * Go seek out an ad on Twitch. Set your volume so the ad sounds right. * Now, without changing anything, go watch one of your VODs. Is your audio too loud/quiet? Fix make a note of it and fix it!
I’ll start swimming now. I should be there by November 2025.
