☺️ 1 is based on an ancient Egyptian kyphi incense recipe; instructions were left in hieroglyphics. Not all ingredients are certain, some are hard to source in Oz & as I’m doing a perfume, I can’t use easily use all the ingredients either (raisins, palm wine). But it’s incredibly fun

And 1 is based on my research into mediaeval incense recipes. Many perfumes in earlier times had musk & civet (animal products) we use. So I’ve been researching incense recipes and the results have been so joyous to experience, wear and bathe my space in
