Reminder for my post 🙂 What would have helped you apply for university research office or funding agency roles when you were just starting out?

I think the jump from academia is _hard_. One of the most important things is trying to translate actions and experience from academic life rather than credentials (e.g. don't focus on having got funding, talk about managing the budget for a research project).
