It's never too much.

Too much = so much that it does that caffeine paradoxical horseshoe effect thing where you get MORE sleepy You know, like with one singular monster.

this is why i avoid all fluids and do not drink anything

That's why you have to drink from cups that are very shallow but have a very large diameter.
