What apps/services do y'all use for keeping track of drawing/writing ideas? I tend to have my drawing ideas scattered across a variety of websites/apps and eventually just forget them.

Buncha notepad .txt files and MsPaint doodled concepts strewn across my computer mostly Also just the notes app on my phone if I'm out and about

I have a little physical notebook I take with me everywhere, and failing that I have a personal discord that I dump stuff into.

I have them scattered as well. My basic PE script is in an OpenOffice doc on my hard drive, thumbnails are on various pieces of paper, and concept sketches are either in random sketchbooks or on printed script pages. I used to use GoogleDocs but for some reason that became very inconvenient.
