Day 4: woke up early and wanted to get things done but didn't take meds; oh my god. As noticeable as the quiet was, the brain noise return was equally jarring Medicated later than usual but I'll be up later so its okay; I was able to get errands done. It sounds so trite but DAMN what a QOL upgrade
