New story, following up on my reporting on 303 Creative, which ADF has now called a “last-minute attempt to malign” their client, who swore to a most likely fake inquiry in the course of her now-successful case demolishing anti-discrimination laws!
It still feels unnerving to some, even those caught in the crossfire, to see injuries invented wholesale and lies accepted by the highest court in the land.
