With the passing of Sandra Tenorio, Hays County has lost a great leader. She served as Kyle's first Hispanic Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem of Buda, and director of border & immigration issues for Gov. Richards. She opened the door for many Tejanos and leaves behind an amazing legacy.
