After paying to watch the Skenes debut in person - which was fun - I was just thinking I miss a guy like R.A. Dickey on the mound as a change of pace.
Saw it Friday night. It was a hell of a lot of fun. BUT I bought tickets online Thursday night for a showing at a small theater Friday at 7:20 p.m. and I was stunned at how empty the place was. It was maaaybe one-fifth full.
Bought a pack with four cookies as a trial for the kids (and me). Saw it at a gas station but haven't seen a larger bag. Anyway, they've not bad but hardly a go-to.
Happened to me, too, a few weeks ago when I tried to set up an account for work. I had little desire to use Instagram, anyway, so that experiment's over.
Same. Was looking forward to my kids' spring break b/c my wife took them to visit family. No games/lessons. No play dates. No helping w/ homework. Ended up working a couple of evenings and a few hours every day of my three-day Easter weekend. Still don't have taxes done. Still have projects! Aargh!
