Oh, man, I totally feel you. When I started figuring out my rule of life for the first time, I had every hour of the day imbued with purpose and it was a burden from the start. I’ve learned for MYSELF, *I* need to schedule to do things and have reminders. But that I can’t pre-plan what will result.
