Oh interesting! I wonder if it’s just an inconsistent amount of fines that are produced from that grinder. I wish I could be of some help, but I don’t really have much experience with those machines. I know they can make great espresso, but dialing in might just always be a pain.

Hehe thanks! I have a lot of fun with the lever machines. Takes a bit more time, but I enjoy the process :3 Breville makes some nice machines for the price, but yeah they can be a bit finicky! What’s your biggest struggle with it right now?
